Retirement Condo

Designed by Studio B Design, this whole condo remodel  turned a dated interior into a warm, highly functional home. We celebrated the existing arches with a custom wet bar/beverage center flanked by tall storage, added full-height handmade tile, quartz counters, and brass hardware, and refreshed the kitchen with new shaker cabinetry, butcher-block details, and clear, efficient lighting. Durable terracotta floors now anchor the kitchen and utility areas, while a compact laundry niche was rebuilt with a stone countertop, slat-wood back panel, and hanging rail. Both baths were stripped to studs and rebuilt with patterned tile floors, inset shower niches, warm brass plumbing, a rustic wood vanity with a quartz top, and improved ventilation and lighting. Finishes, built-ins, and an integrated desk area tie everything together so the home feels bright, comfortable, and easy to live in—tailored for everyday enjoyment in the community.
